I help smart, interesting people get out of their own way and build the work and life they want. Whether you're facing a big career decision, battling imposter syndrome, or longing to figure out what you really want, I'm here to help you figure it out.My style is direct and honest, with plenty of room for humor. I love working with high-achieving leaders to increase awareness and decrease drama. I'll tell you what I'm noticing in a way you can hear it.

Don't take my word for it

After experiencing a layoff from the tech company where I'd built my career for 13 years, I was skeptical about 'indulging' in personal coaching – until I met Maggie. Her authenticity and insight in our first conversation made it clear this was exactly what I needed. She helped me turn what could have been a devastating setback into an extraordinary opportunity for growth and reinvention, guiding me to find balance between taking a mindful break and launching my own business venture. Her expertise in identifying limiting beliefs and fostering new thought patterns, combined with thoughtful accountability, empowered me to take meaningful action. Thanks to Maggie's guidance, I'm not just navigating a career transition – I'm designing my personal and professional future with clarity and purpose. - Sarah, HR Executive & Entrepreneur

Working with Maggie helped me finally break the perpetual feeling of being overwhelmed and at the mercy of my calendar and inbox. She helped me build the systems and mindset I needed to break my routines and start making meaningful change in my workday. I got to inbox zero for the first time in my career, made my calendar work for me, and found a way to end each day feeling like I did what was needed. In short, this really works, and I cannot recommend working with Maggie enough. - Matt, Principal Financial Advisor

Maggie is an incredibly skillful and compassionate coach. Working with Maggie has been transformative to my work and myself as an individual. She is able to listen deeply and offer clear goals for where to go. She creates a space that is safe and reflective to process and focus on your goals. - Kelsey, Founder, Consultant, Educator Coach

I've spent over 20 years building teams, developing leaders, and figuring out what makes people tick. I started my career as an educator, and have always believed that learning works best when it doesn't feel like work.As an executive in a design thinking company, I led the efforts to scale from $5M to $26M, always with a close eye on culture. Along the way I trained thousands of managers and leaders, and developed a deep belief that the most important lever in any organization is its people. In 2021, I left my VP role to co-found Bloom Leadership and launch MRB Coaching.I love leading large groups of people, but my favorite work has always been one-on-one. There's nothing that lights me up more than helping someone get clear on what they actually want, and then remove every obstacle to get there.I hold a BA in Psychology and Political Science and an MA in Education from Stanford University. My three daughters and I love living near the beach in Carlsbad, where we try not to watch too much reality TV or experiment too messily in the kitchen.
